The first event of RR Racing’s Southern California trip was at the Fontana raceway.  Another opportunity to test our supercharged IS-F at a very versatile track that has both the fast ovals and challenging road course curves.

This was another successful supercharger test.  Despite the high Gs and speeds over 150 mph, the car performed flawlessly.  Rafi did not want to push the car too much because of the relatively dangerous track — he wanted to bring the car in one piece to the meet at Lexus Escondido!

David Pike from Wow Auto Care also brought his IS-F to the track.  He was testing the new RR Racing goodies he just installed the day before: RR Racing Tuned Intake, Titanium Intake Elbow, front competition two piece rotors, rear four piston upgrade brake kit with competition two piece rotors.  David previously installed the RR Racing Ultimate Steering Response System (USRS), PPE Tuned Headers, oil cooler kit, and the AOS. David was so pleased with the products that his Wow Auto Care became RR Racing’s installer and dealer in the San Diego area!

There were eight more IS-Fs that came to watch RR Racing’s supercharged monster on the track.  Many wished they tracked their IS-Fs that day, but most will definitely start taking their IS-Fs to the track after upgrading their cars with the necessary RR Racing gear.
